What's the difference between the Starter and Growth track?

Both tracks deliver the same three things: brand strategy, visual identity, and website. The difference is depth. Starter is designed for pre-seed and seed companies that need to move fast and establish a credible foundation. Focused workshops, essential deliverables, 6 weeks. Growth goes deeper: more stakeholder interviews, more customer research, more comprehensive design system, more pages. It's built for companies where the complexity of the organization and the market demands a more thorough process.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Can we buy just one service — strategy, identity, or website?

Yes. Each service stands on its own. Many clients start with brand strategy, then return for identity and website once the positioning is clear. Others come with a solid strategy already in place and need identity work only. We'll tell you on the discovery call what the right starting point is for your situation, and whether buying all three together makes sense.

Is 2–3 day delivery real?

Yes. Most tasks are ready in 2–3 business days. Faster if needed.

Do you work with pre-revenue startups?

Yes. Some of our best work has been with pre-revenue founders preparing for their first fundraise. At that stage, the brand has one job: make investors believe the team and the vision before the product is fully built. We know how to do that. The Starter track is designed specifically for this moment.

Can you just improve what we already have?

How long does a full branding package take?

The Starter track runs approximately 6 weeks from kickoff to handover. The Growth track typically runs 8–12 weeks depending on stakeholder complexity and scope. Both are structured in phases, strategy first, then identity and website in parallel, so nothing is waiting on nothing. We scope the exact timeline before we start.

Do I have to set tasks in Notion?

Not necessarily. You can brief us in Slack — we’ll handle the rest.

We start with an audit of everything that exists. If the logo is strong, we keep it and build a system around it. If the website has good bones, we evolve rather than replace. The goal is never redesign for the sake of it. We'll tell you honestly what needs to change and what doesn't.
