A pivot, a merger, a new market. Something has moved.
The way you talk about yourself hasn't caught up yet. Brand strategy is how tech companies find that clarity, and build everything from it.

For who

For teams at a turning point where the old story no longer fits what they're building.

01

Merger or acquisition

Two companies, two cultures, two stories. You need a new shared identity, one that neither side feels erased by.

Our approach

Our approach

01

We start with your technology

Abstract geometric icon

Before we touch positioning, we run a dedicated technology deep dive. We need to be able to explain your product back to your engineers, because if the agency can't do that, the brand will never survive first contact with a technical buyer.

We built what’s going to be used

Strategy that lives in a deck is expensive PowerPoint. Every engagement ends with the full team aligned on the same language, documented so anyone can work from it, without depending on us to execute.

We map the full decision chain

B2B buying is nonlinear. The CTO, the procurement team, and the board all need different arguments. Our strategy maps messaging across the full stakeholder chain, so every audience gets the version of the story that moves them.

FAQ

What's the difference between brand strategy and branding?

Branding is the visual and verbal expression, such as logo, colors, typography, tone. Brand strategy is the foundation underneath: who you are, who you're for, what makes you different, and how you talk about it. Strategy comes first. Without it, branding is decoration.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-ins. Stop anytime.

Do we need brand strategy before visual identity?

Not always, but usually. If you don't have clarity on positioning and messaging, a visual identity will look good and say nothing. We'll tell you honestly on the discovery call whether you need strategy first, or whether you already have enough foundation to move straight to identity work.

Is 2–3 day delivery real?

Yes. Most tasks are ready in 2–3 business days. Faster if needed.

How long does brand strategy take?

Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your situation and how many stakeholders are involved. A focused engagement with a small founding team moves faster than a multi-stakeholder rebrand at a Series B company. We scope it precisely before we start.

Can you just improve what we already have?

Yes. We polish, rework, or redesign — you decide how deep we go.

Can brand strategy work if our leadership team disagrees on direction?

Yes. And that disagreement is often exactly why you need it. Surfacing competing visions is part of the process. We run structured workshops and interviews that bring different perspectives into the open, then synthesize them into a direction everyone can commit to. We've done this with 2-person founding teams and 15-person leadership groups.

Do I have to set tasks in Notion?

Not necessarily. You can brief us in Slack — we’ll handle the rest.

Is brand strategy only for large companies?

No. Some of our most focused brand strategy work has been with 5–10 person deep tech startups preparing for their first fundraise. The complexity of the situation matters more than the size of the company. A difficult product pivot at a 12-person company can be as strategically complex as a rebrand at a 200-person one.

What if I don’t like the first version?

Then we revise. Unlimited times. Fast.

What do we actually get at the end?

A complete strategy kit: positioning and value proposition, brand narrative, messaging architecture, tone of voice and language guidelines, practical communication examples. Everything documented and handed over in a live session with your full team, built to be used, not filed away.

Then we revise. Unlimited times. Fast.

What do we actually own at the end?

Everything. Brand guidelines, Figma files, all logo variations in all formats, website source files, CMS access, asset libraries. All transferred to you at handover. No usage licensing, no ongoing dependency on us, no creative assets held hostage. Your brand, your hands, full stop.
